Our Story

Habitere OS began in 2024 when our founders realized that the property management industry was stuck in the past. Landlords were using spreadsheets, tenants were frustrated with opaque processes, and trust was at an all-time low.

We set out to build a platform that wasn't just a database, but a comprehensive operating system for housing. By introducing the Unique Tenant ID (UTI) and the Reputation Score, we are creating a standard that rewards good behavior and mitigates risk.
