What is the Unique Tenant ID (UTI)?
The Unique Tenant ID is a secure, hashed identifier assigned to every tenant in our system. It allows us to track reputation scores across different properties without exposing sensitive PII to unauthorized users. Think of it like a credit score, but for rental behavior.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We perform daily backups and comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations regarding tenant privacy.
Can I import existing data?
Absolutely. We provide CSV import tools for properties and tenants. For our Enterprise customers, we offer a "White Glove" migration service where our team handles the data transfer for you.

Platform Features

How do Digital Contracts work?
Our Legal Contract Engine allows you to build templates using dynamic variables (like rent, expiry date, tenant ID). When generated, tenants can cryptographically sign them online. You can instantly download them as perfectly formatted PDFs at any time via the Print-to-PDF native feature.
How does the Tenant Reputation Score work?
Every tenant is initialized with 100 points. Positive behaviors (like renewing a lease) maintain the score, while infractions (noise complaints, property damage) deduct points automatically based on severity. Filing an Eviction instantly drops the score by 50 points into the "Critical" zone.
What happens during an Eviction Workflow?
When you trigger an Eviction from a tenant's profile, the OS immediately terminates all active leases bound to them, flags their profile as 'Evicted', and registers a massive penalty to their Reputation Score to warn future landlords on the network.

Pricing & Billing

What does the "Free for 1 year" plan include?
The Starter plan is designed for new landlords. You get full access to the platform for 1 property for 12 months. You only pay a one-time region-specific setup fee (typically 30,000 - 60,000 FCFA) to cover the initial verification and UTI generation costs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts for our Growth plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. You can also export all your data before leaving.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for registered non-profit housing associations and community land trusts. Please reach out to our sales team with your documentation.
